Scott Grooms

With 15 years of experience in the luxury interior design industry, Scott brings a distinctive perspective to his role at JLI. A graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Historic Preservation and an MFA in Interior Environments from Virginia Commonwealth University, Scott combines a profound appreciation for classical architecture with a deep understanding of modern design principles. His personal design philosophy is centered on creating spaces that seamlessly integrate elements of contemporary living while being thoughtfully informed by history.

Outside of the office, Scott still finds himself emersed in design.  Always curious about how things are made, he is always creating and loves to work with his hands.  When design isn't on his mind, you'll find Scott at the lake with his dog, Gus.
