A carefully curated combination of texture and pattern that’s as comfortable as it is contemporary, this stunning new construction boutique building in Lincoln Park provides the perfect blend of comfort, calm and connection. The unique space, set within a 1930’s Art Deco facade, is anything but conventional. Working with a spacious palette, the team at JLI defined the separate areas by utilizing an edited mix of blended vintage furnishings, custom pieces and modern variations of Mid-Century classics. Contemporary architecture is offset by one-of-a-kind finds from antique stores, regional artisans and thecouple’s adventures around the globe seamlessly creating a fresh, modern and luxurious home.
